What do I do in an emergency?
Contact us straight away
If I have toothache, how soon can I be seen?
We will be able to see you on the same day if you phone early but certainly within 24 hours.
I am not registered with the practice, can I still be seen?
Yes, and we will still try to see you on the same day.
Payments
How much do treatments cost?
Our pricing page lists our prices. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Will I receive an estimate of costs before work is undertaken?
Detailed estimates are always given prior to treatment.
How can I pay for treatment?
We accept cash, cheques and all major credit/debit cards except American Express. We can also help by offering 0% interest free credit.
Is the work guaranteed?
All our work is guaranteed for a minimum of one year.

I'm terrified - how can you help?
We see many nervous patients and always make time to discuss your anxieties. If any treatment is required, it will be tailored to your individual needs. If necessary we can give you a mild sedative to relax you further.
Can my teeth be made to look whiter?
Yes. Tooth whitening is a quick, safe and easy way to brighten up your smile.
I have old discoloured fillings visible in my front teeth, can these be treated to look better?
Yes. We have the latest tooth coloured materials that can be used to replace old or unsightly fillings with amazing results.
Dental Implants
Are implants safe and how long will they last?
Implants are a well-established, tried-and-tested treatment. 90% of modern implants last for 15 years.
Do implants hurt?
Surprisingly, no. The implants are placed under local anaesthetic (with sedation if necessary). You will not feel any pain at the time, but you may feel some discomfort during the week following the surgery. This is usually due to having stitches in place, and the normal healing process
