At the Bank House Dental Centre, we believe in using the latest state-of-the-art equipment. This not only makes our treatments safe and reliable, but allows us to practice painless dentistry.
Sterilisation and cross-infection
In today’s world it is of vital importance that no compromise is made on the cleanliness of the instruments used on each patient. That is why we have designed the centre with a dedicated room for the sole purpose of sterilisation. Our sterilisation room and its equipment are used by the British Dental Health Foundation as educational material for other dentists.
Digital X-rays
We use digital X-rays to provide you with a more accurate diagnosis. This is of greater sensitive than old fashioned X-ray films, so your exposure to X-rays is cut by 90%, making it much safer, faster and more comfortable. The large and colour-enhanced images enable you see what we see, so it's easier for you to understand the treatment required.
Intra-oral camera
Our high-resolution camera allows you to see what we see. Should you require any treatment we can show you exactly why it is needed and how we intend to proceed (unless you would rather not know!).We can also show you the final result, allowing you to clearly see the improvements we have made to your oral health.
